Groundworks and Construction Services
I offer a full groundsworks service, including
foundations up to DPC level (damp proof course), drainage,
concreting, demolition, driveways, ground levelling, ponds
and pools.
I have a range of different sized diggers available,
ranging from a mico/mini-digger at half a ton, up to a three
ton digger for larger groundworks jobs.
In addition to excavation and groundworks, I am a
qualified bricklayer with twenty years experience and
I offer a building and hard landscaping service. All
types of walling, paving slab laying, patios, garages
and small extensions. Insurance work welcome.

Mini-digger with experienced driver/operator for hire
Awkward Excavations operates one of the
most compact mini-diggers available. Weighing just half a
ton and only 27” wide (680mm), it will fit through most
garden gates, passageways and doorways, yet it is powerful
enough to carry out heavy work with the minimum of
disruption. With its high manoeuvrability, it is ideal for
all types of groundwork preparation, including excavating
foundations and trenches, garden clearance, tree stump
removal, pond digging, earthmoving.
I have larger
diggers available for bigger jobs, where there are no access problems. |
Tree Stump Removal Service
Tree stumps of all sizes, left behind
after trees have been felled, can be efficiently and
thoroughly removed by our mini digger, so that the area may
be replanted. There is minimum disruption to the surrounding
areas and tree stumps and roots removed from site.
